Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day, although occasionally it may take an extra day due to courier workload, weather conditions, remote postcodes or other factors outside our control.
An estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout and on product pages. We rarely miss this timeframe; however, if your order has not arrived as expected, please contact us so we can investigate promptly.
Almost all orders are dispatched same working day if placed before 2.30pm. Some orders may dispatch the following working day.
All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services. Delivery is considered complete once Royal Mail or the courier confirms delivery to the address provided, including safe-place delivery where permitted by the service selected.
At checkout, customers can choose between:
Non-signature services (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24) – may be delivered to a safe place
Signature-required services – will not be left unattended
By selecting a non-signature service, you accept that the courier may deliver your parcel to a safe place or to a neighbour if no one is home, and that the risk of loss or theft passes to you once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
If you live in a flat, apartment block, or property with shared entrances, we strongly recommend choosing a signature-required service for secure delivery.
Royal Mail may leave parcels in a safe place when delivering non-signature services.
If you prefer Royal Mail not to do this, you can opt out via:

If you have opted out, Royal Mail will attempt delivery again or take the item to the local delivery office.
If Royal Mail or the courier leaves your parcel in a safe place, this is done according to the delivery service selected and the courier’s delivery policies.
Once the courier provides delivery confirmation — including GPS data, scan information or safe-place notes where available — the parcel is considered delivered to the address provided.
For orders sent using a non-signature service, the risk of loss or theft passes to you once delivery is confirmed. The Supplement Store cannot be held responsible for parcels that are removed or stolen after confirmed delivery when a non-signature service was chosen.
Couriers may deliver parcels to communal areas, shared entry points or mailrooms if access to the individual property is restricted.
These areas are not considered secure.
Where a non-signature service was selected and delivery has been confirmed at the address, The Supplement Store cannot be held responsible for parcels that are removed, stolen or taken by third parties after delivery has been confirmed.
Customers living in flats, apartment blocks or shared-entrance properties are strongly advised to select a signature-required service at checkout to ensure secure delivery.
A courier confirmation showing delivery to the address provided — including GPS coordinates, tracked delivery scan, or safe-place information — will be treated as proof of delivery.
If you believe your parcel was misdelivered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
Claims for non-receipt must be made within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
