Muscle Moose Protein Pancakes are a high protein pancake mix designed to help you get more protein into your day without much effort. Each serving delivers around 26g protein and blends easily with water or milk to create a thick batter that cooks into fluffy pancakes.

The mix combines a protein blend of whey protein concentrate, pea protein and egg albumin with gluten free oat flour, giving you a good balance of protein and carbohydrates to support muscle maintenance and energy levels. Additional ingredients such as modified starch and inulin help with texture, while sweeteners and flavourings make the pancakes enjoyable and versatile with toppings of your choice.

This pancake mix is ideal for breakfast, post-training or anytime you need a satisfying, protein-rich meal. You can customise them with fruit, yoghurt, nut butter or other toppings to suit your dietary goals and taste preferences.

Allergens: Contains milk, egg and oat (gluten free oat flour). Produced in a facility that also handles soy and cereals containing gluten.

Directions:
Add 50g (2 scoops) of Muscle Moose Protein Pancake mix to 75ml water and whisk – you can shake it up in a shaker as well – make sure the lid is on! Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled hot frying pan – be careful! Turn your pancakes after approx. 2 minutes and continue cooking for a further minute, or until both sides are golden brown. Top and enjoy!
