Maxi Nutrition Progain, formerly known as Maximuscle Progain, is a high-calorie mass gainer designed to support increases in body weight and muscle size during demanding training phases.
Combining whey protein with carbohydrates, Progain helps increase overall calorie intake when food alone is not sufficient. It is often used by hard gainers or those following high-volume strength programmes.
Progain is gluten-free, soya-free and suitable for vegetarians. Progain is intended for assisting with lean mass weight gain. For a more balanced all-in-one option with creatine, many athletes also use Maxi Nutrition Cyclone, while leaner training phases may suit Promax Lean.

Directions:
Add 3.5 level scoops (approximately 120g) to 400-500ml cold water.
