CNP Recover, formerly known as CNP Pro Recover, is a post-workout recovery drink formulated to complement nutrition following demanding training sessions. Each serving provides a balanced blend of carbohydrates and protein in a 2:1 ratio, making it a convenient option for athletes and active individuals looking to support recovery nutrition after exercise.

The protein blend combines whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed whey protein, and whey protein isolate, delivering a broad amino acid profile commonly used in post-training formulas. Carbohydrate ingredients are included alongside protein to support energy intake following intense sessions and to complement overall recovery strategies.

CNP Recover also features added vitamins C and E, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, as well as DigeZyme®, a digestive enzyme complex often incorporated into sports nutrition products. The easy-mixing powdered format makes it suitable for use after resistance training, endurance exercise, or high-intensity workouts.

Directions:
Mix 2 scoops (80g) with 400-500ml of cold water using a shaker bottle or spoon and mix thoroughly.
