Mountain Joe’s Shake A Whey is a whey protein powder formulated to help you reach your daily protein targets in a simple and convenient way. Each 30g serving delivers 20g of protein, making it suitable for supporting muscle maintenance when combined with regular training and a balanced diet.

The formula is based on whey protein concentrate, combined with soy protein isolate and skimmed milk powder. This blend provides a complete source of essential amino acids and is designed to mix easily with water or milk, producing a smooth shake without excessive clumping.

With approximately 109 kcal per serving and a balanced macronutrient profile, Shake A Whey fits easily into everyday nutrition plans. It can be used post-workout, between meals or at any time of day when additional protein intake is required. The easy-mixing format makes it suitable for use at home, at the gym or on the go.

Directions:
Add one level scoop (approximately 30g) to 200–250ml of cold water or milk.
Shake or stir until fully dissolved.
Consume after training, between meals or whenever you need to increase protein intake.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
