Directions:

Mix 1 scoop (30g) to 300ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker any time of the day to increase your daily protein intake.

Amazing nutritional profile, and a good taste

I had low expectations for this but was pleasantly surprised. Its a bit hard to get your head around a drink made from beef but I've had a few flavours (cola, citrus) and its actually pretty good. Nice to get a change from milkshake style protein drinks. Mixes pretty well too. The nutritional profile is immense - more than 90% protein. Its rare to get whey these days with that kind of percentage. Impressive!
