Read the tub first,

First time using pre workout, mixed a full scoop with water and drank it before the gym, next thing I know I'm flying around the gym, 2hrs passed and it felt like 20 mins. Got home and ready the tub which says use half the scoop if your new to pre workout. Next time I used a full scoop again :)
