Directions:
Mix one heaped scoop (9.25g 1x1cc scoop) with 125-250ml of cold water for a single serving or 2 heaped scoops (18.5g 2x11cc scoops) for a double serving with 250-300ml water. Take around 20 to 30 minutes before training to fuel extreme performance levels.
Do not exceed this dosage in any 24-hour period.
If you value your sleep, avoid taking Insidious four hours before bedtime.
