We're making a positive change to how we ship your orders — and it’s all about getting your supplements to you faster and more reliably.
From Friday 1st August, all orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — a faster, more dependable service. We’ll be retiring the Tracked 48 option.
Why the change? While Tracked 48 has generally been reliable, we've seen an increase recently in delays and occasional lost parcels. In contrast, Tracked 24 continues to deliver consistently fast, mostly next-working-day performance. Since our warehouse team work very hard to dispatch all orders the same working day (Monday–Friday, for orders placed by 2:30pm), we believe your delivery experience should match the speed and quality of our fulfilment.
Even though Tracked 24 costs us more to send, we believe the benefits of faster and more reliable shipping are well worth it — for both you and us.
What’s changing from 1st August:
- All orders will now ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Free shipping threshold increases to £39.99 (previously £34.99).
- Free shipping will be upgrade to Tracked 24 (previously Tracked 48)
- For orders under £39.99, Tracked 24 remains £3.50 — the only change is that the slightly cheaper Tracked 48 option (£2.95) will no longer be available.
